Trip to Mills Observatory - 13/3/08

The trip to Mills Observatory has been organised for Thursday 13/3/08 at 7:30pm. If you'd like to come along we're meeting outside of The Union, transport will be provided.

Nether Inn Reopening

To celebrate the reopening of the Nether Inn Deepr society members have been offered free drinks on Friday 7th March. We'll also be offering those interested in membership an opportunity to join at the event for £1.

The event starts at 7pm, meeting at the Nether Inn.

DEEPR Meeting - Thursday 14th February 2008

The next DEEPR meeting will be held at 1pm Thursday 14th February 2008. Issues to be discussed can be found on the agenda at http://deeprsocietyagenda.blogspot.com/

This will be the official AGM where the new committee will be nominated, there will be no proxy voting and so member participation is required for this event.

Trip to Wind Turbines - February 2007

DEEPR is organising a trip to visit some wind turbines at the local Michelin tyre factory. The factory produces lots of the energy it requires from its two wind turbines.

The trip will take place in February next year and anyone who's interested should contact admin@deepr.org.uk or watch this space.
